Your account may lock after several incorrect password attempts. This is a security feature.

Steps to try
- Wait 10 minutes before trying again.
- Check Caps Lock and keyboard layout.
- Try signing in to Microsoft 365 in a browser.
- If still locked, raise a ticket.
Ticket information required
- Your full name
- Your school email address
- Approximate time the issue started
- Whether the problem happens on one device or all devices
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
