How to report an IT issue
Use the Report an issue button when something is not working or you need help from the Cnetso support team.

Steps
- Open the Cnetso Support Portal.
- Click Report an issue.
- Leave Urgency as Medium unless the issue is stopping teaching or learning.
- Enter a clear title, for example: Printer not working in Room 12.
- Use the description box to explain what happened.
- Add an attachment or screenshot if available.
- Click Send.
What to include
- Your name
- Your school
- Room/location
- Device name if available
- Error message or screenshot
Still stuck? Submit the ticket with as much detail as possible.
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
