Teams audio or camera not working
Use this guide if people cannot hear or see you in Microsoft Teams.

- Check your microphone or camera is not muted.
- Open Teams settings.
- Go to Devices.
- Select the correct speaker, microphone, and camera.
- Make a test call if available.
- Restart Teams.
If the issue continues, raise a ticket and include whether the problem happens in Teams only or all apps.
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
