Take a screenshot
Screenshots help the support team understand errors quickly.
Image placeholder: Windows Snipping Tool.
- Press Windows + Shift + S.
- Select the area of the screen to capture.
- Open the notification or paste the screenshot into your ticket.
- You can also open Snipping Tool from the Start Menu.
Attach the screenshot when reporting an issue.
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
