How do I take a screenshot?

Take a screenshot

Screenshots help the support team understand errors quickly.

  1. Press Windows + Shift + S.
  2. Select the area of the screen to capture.
  3. Open the notification or paste the screenshot into your ticket.
  4. You can also open Snipping Tool from the Start Menu.

Attach the screenshot when reporting an issue.

Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
