Clear a stuck print job
If documents are not printing, a stuck job may be blocking the queue.

- Open Printers & scanners.
- Select the printer.
- Open the print queue.
- Cancel any stuck jobs.
- Restart the printer if safe to do so.
- Try printing again.
If the queue will not clear, raise a ticket with the printer name.
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
