Access a shared mailbox
Shared mailboxes are used for team or department email accounts.

- Open Outlook.
- Look on the left side under your mailbox folders.
- If access has already been granted, the shared mailbox may appear automatically.
- If using Outlook Web, open another mailbox from your profile menu.
If the mailbox is missing, raise a ticket with the shared mailbox name and who approved your access.
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
