How do I add my school email to my phone?

Add school email to your phone

You can access school email using the Outlook mobile app.

  1. Install the Microsoft Outlook app.
  2. Open Outlook and tap Add account.
  3. Enter your school email address.
  4. Sign in with your school password.
  5. Approve MFA if prompted.
  6. Allow notifications if required.

If setup fails, raise a ticket with your phone type and screenshot of the error.

Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
