Outlook keeps asking for password

This can happen after a password change, account lock, or Microsoft sign-in issue.

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Open Outlook again and enter your current school password.
  3. Check whether Microsoft 365 works in a web browser.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. If the prompt keeps returning, raise a ticket.

Include your device name and whether webmail works.

Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
