How do I set up MFA?

Set up Multi-Factor Authentication MFA

MFA helps keep your school account secure by asking for a second verification step.

1. Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone.
2. Sign in to Microsoft 365.
3. When prompted, choose Authenticator app.
4. Scan the QR code using the app.
5. Approve the test notification.
6. Complete the setup process.

If you have changed phone or cannot approve MFA, raise a ticket and include your school email address.
