Interactive whiteboard or projector not working
Use this guide if the board, projector, screen, or classroom display is not showing the computer image.

Quick checks
- Check the display or projector is powered on.
- Check the correct input/source is selected.
- Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI or USB-C cable.
- Restart the classroom PC or laptop.
- Try pressing Windows + P and selecting Duplicate.
Raise a ticket with
- Room number
- Display/projector model if known
- Photo of the error or blank screen
- Whether sound is also affected
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
