Laptop will not turn on
Follow these checks before raising a support ticket.

Steps
- Connect the charger.
- Check the charging light if available.
- Hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds, then press power again.
- Try a different power socket if available.
Raise a ticket with
- Laptop asset number or device name
- Whether any lights appear
- Whether the charger works with another device
- Your location
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
