Connect to school Wi-Fi
This guide explains how to connect your laptop or device to the school wireless network.

Steps
- Click the Wi-Fi icon near the clock.
- Select the correct school Wi-Fi network.
- Click Connect.
- Enter your school username and password if prompted.
- Wait for the device to connect.
If it fails
- Restart the device.
- Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect.
- Check whether other users are affected.
- Raise a ticket with your room/location and device name.
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
