Printer offline or not printing
Use this guide when a printer is not printing, appears offline, or print jobs are stuck.

Quick checks
- Check the printer is switched on.
- Check for paper, toner, or warning lights.
- Restart the printer if safe to do so.
- Cancel and resend the print job.
- Try printing a simple one-page document.
Raise a ticket with
- Printer name
- Room/location
- Your device name
- Error message or photo of the printer screen
Tip: When raising a ticket, include your school, room/location, device name and a screenshot of any error message.
